CHEM 8901 - Special Problems (Macromolecular Modelling)

The course focuses on  building and evaluating molecular models and understanding of the basic principles behind molecular mechanics force fields and algorithms.  Students apply practical experience in molecular graphics, energy minimization and molecular dynamics and gain a deeper understanding of principles of macromolecular structure and dynamics, and of macromolecular structure – function relationships
